RETURN POLICY
At massrt.com, customer happiness is our number one goal. We want to make things as smooth as possible for you, so here’s the deal when it comes to returns, exchanges, and warranties. We offer a 30-day return policy as long as everything is in brand-new shape, just like how you got it:
• Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Items need to be in their original condition—unworn, unaltered, and undamaged.
WARRANTY
We provide a 3-month warranty from the date you receive your product. If you experience any quality issues during this period, please contact us at support@massrt.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
NO-GO FOR RETURNS
• If the items have been worn, cut, damaged, or altered in any way.
• Custom orders or clearance items.
Heads up: If you send back an ineligible item, it’ll be returned to you at your own cost.
HOW TO RETURN?
Drop us an email at support@massrt.com first, otherwise, we might not be able to process your request.
Submit your return request online:Sign in to your account, find your order in "My Orders."
Click "Return items."
We’ll give you a shout once we get your return.
Please note: You’re responsible for covering the return shipping costs, except for quality issues.
RETURN ADDRESS
Do NOT return it to the address on the package! That’s not our spot, and we won’t get it. Ping us at support@massrt.com to get the right return address, and we’ll refund you once we receive the item. Otherwise, no refund can be processed.
If the return is because you’ve changed your mind, you’ll need to handle the return shipping fees. If it’s due to an issue on our end (wrong item, damaged goods), we’ll cover the shipping.
EXCHANGES
If you’re looking to swap your item, the quickest way is to return the old one and then place a new order once your return is accepted.
